Snack Shack is seeking a new Assistant Manager.
As our existing families would know Finette Sheather has been doing a marvellous job managing the Snack Shack every week for the past 2 years.
However, a large increase in work demands means she now only has the capacity to work in the Snack Shack every second week and has asked that we advertise for an assistant to help.
Finette will still handle all the behind-the-scenes stuff like – Ordering, printing labels, liaising with Flexischools, handling refunds, stocktake etc .
We just need someone to run the canteen on alternating Fridays.
This is a volunteer position once a fortnight on a Friday between 8.30am – 12.30pm and would include –
· Attaching order labels to bags (Finette will print them and give them to you as well as a hard copy of all the orders and item numbers)
· Prepare Food items for recess & Lunch
· Pack Recesses & Lunches into bags and tubs to be distributed to classes
· Oversee Snack Shack Helpers (You will always have a few people to assist you)
· Make sure the Snack Shack is clean and tidy upon close.
· Ensure Snack Shack is always a friendly, clean & safe environment for people to work in.
** As per Department of Education guidelines all volunteers must be vaccinated or provide a medical exemption **
