Daily Attendance

When students miss school they miss out on vital information, their learning routine is broken, they can lose confidence and miss out on building friendships.

Absences

If your child is absent you will need to provide a reason to the school within seven days of the absence.  Absences can be reported to school via a phone call to the office on 48836192, an email to bundanoon-p.school@det.nsw.edu.au, or by completing an absence form on the SchoolEnews app or via the School Bytes parent portal.

Late Arrivals

On arrival students come to the front office where they will receive a late note to give to their class teacher.

Early Leavers

If your child needs to leave early, please contact their class teacher, or the front office, to advise them of the time your child will be collected.  The students then come to the front office, where the admin staff will sign them out and they can be collected early.

Extended Holidays

If you are planning an extended holiday outside of school holiday time, please contact the school office.  You will be given an "Application for extended leave - travel" form to complete. These forms are also available digitally on the School Bytes parent portal.

Mobile Phones at School

We understand that some students need to bring mobile phones to school, however they should not have them in the classroom.  Students are asked to hand in their mobile phones to the office each morning as they arrive at school, they can be collected at the end of every day.

Should you need to get an urgent message to your child please ring the office and we will get the message to them as soon as possible.
